Ice-cream made on-site at our factory using pure cream and full cream milk. Sorbets (dairy free, full fruit) also made on-site using local Tablelands fruit. Gluten free options available and allergy aware.

Also available at our Visitor Centre Cafe is a range of treats such as Devonshire Teas, Banana Splits, Apple Pie & Ice-Cream, Waffles, Supa Sundaes. A range of drinks are available including local Jaques Coffee, Nucifora Tea, Hot Chocolates & Chai Lattes, Iced Coffees, Milkshakes & Smoothies.

The Ice-Creamery also makes their own fresh Fudge and a range of condiments such as Strawberry & Blueberry Jam, Marmalade, Mango Chutney, and Tomato Relish.
For those wanting a savoury option we sell Biltong (like Beef Jerky – only better). Buy it whole or we’ll slice it fresh to order. Also available are Stokkies & Dry Wors.
